MRS. CLARA P. ARBOUR
Augusta -- Mrs. Clara Poulin Arbour, 70, of 22 Cumberland St., died at her home Thursday night after a brief illness. She was born in Augusta,20 Feb 1895, the daughter of Joseph G. and Clara LacassePoulin. She was a communicant of St Augustine Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Joseph, of Augusta; a son, Roland L. Veilleux of Augusta; a daughter Mrs. Avit (Muriel) Dostie of Augusta; two brothers, Delphis and Apollinaire Poulin, both of Augusta; three sisters, Mrs. Alma Gagnon and Mrs. Florence Poulin, both of Augusta, and Sister Marie Aneglica of Gorham, NH, Order Presentation of Mary; three grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A high Mass of requiem will be sund Monday at 9 am at St Augustine Catholic Church. Burial will be in St Augustine Cemetery.

ROLAND L. ARBOUR
Augusta -- Roland L. Arbour, 49, of 54 Boothbay St., died unexpectedly Monday morning at his home. He was born in Augusta, 25 Nov 1917, the son of Joseph and Clara Poulin Arbour. He was a member of St Augustine Catholic Church and a member of the Artisan Society. He was a painter by trade and a WWII veteran. He is survived by his father of Augusta; one sister, Mrs. Muriel Dostie of Augusta; several aunts, uncles, three nieces, and several cousins. A high Mass of requiem will be sung at 9 am Wednesday at St Augustine Catholic Church.
ARBOUR, Roland L. -- Friends may call at the Plummer Funeral Home Inc, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta. A high Mass of requiem will be sung at 9 am Wednesday at St Augustine Church. Burial will follow in StAugustine Cemetery. Friends are asked to omit flowers.

MURIELLE ARBOUR OF AUGUSTA BECOMES BRIDE OF AVIT DOSTIE
Augusta, 14 Feb -- Pre-Lenten weddings in the Capital City include thatof Miss Murielle Arbour, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Arbour, 22 Cumberland Street, and Avit Dostie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philippe Dostie, RFD, Augusta. The ceremony took place in St Augustine's Catholic ChurchMonday morning and the Rev. Joseph O. Casavant, pastor, officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her father.The bride wore white satin,made with long fill sleeves and train and with an all-over lace yoke.Herfingertip veil of illusion was caught into a bandeau of the same material and she carried white roses. Mrs. Stanley Marois, organist, played the wedding marches and Joseph Lavallie and Wilfred Patnaude sang. The wedding breakfast was served atHotelArnold. The mothers of the brideand bridegroomwore blue with corsages of red roses. Mr. and Mrs. Dostie have gone to Boston on a wedding trip and to travel in the bride is wearing a three-piece suit of gray with brown and white accessories.The bride was educated at St Augustine's Parochial School, is a member of St Augustine's Church, and is employed by the Bates Manufacturing Company. The bridegroom was born in St Avariste, QC, and educated in the local schools. He is a woodsman. Mr. and Mrs. Dostie will reside at 22 Cumberland Street, Augusta. Out-of-town guests at the wedding and receptionincluded: Mr. and Mrs. Josephat Pepin, Lewiston; Miss Marguerite Arbour, Boston; William Smith, Auburn; Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Hunter, Hallowell;and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Rancourt, Waterville. Among the pre-nuptual affairs given in honor of the bride was a party at the Farris home.
