Mrs. Joan Arbour Joachim passed away peacefully on the evening of 7 September 2005, surrounded by her family. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph W. Joachim, Jr. Mother of the late Joseph W. Joachim III and the sister of the late Edgar Francis Arbour, Jr. She was the daughterof the late Edgar Francis Arbour, Sr. and Olga Wallbillich Arbour. Sheis survived by her daughter, Gretchen J. Kerr; Son-in-law Donald H. Kerr; her three grandchildren: Hillary, Elizabeth, and David Kerr; Sister-in-laws: Verna W. Arbour and Margaret J.
