Son of William Gillard 818 and Elizabeth 2112. Born at Victoria Square,8 October 1852. Went to Joliet, Illinois, in 18__; married Miss Anna Hicks 2118, of that place, formerly of St. Hillards, Isle of Jersey, 31 August 1881. Mr. Hingston was for 20years court reporter at Joliet, and in 1900 moved to Meade, Washington, where he engaged in fruit farming. He has three children:- Emory 849, Edna Richard 850, and Ethel 851. (died 22 May 1936 has been added later).
