In about 1928, 16-year old Kitty moved with her family from Victoria Harbour to Toronto, where she attended school. By May 2001, Kitty lived in a nursing home in Midland. She still lived there in August 2001 -- at89 years old, her mind as sharp asever.

CHRISS, Catherine S. (Kitty); At the Villa Care Centre on Friday, 13 December 2002, in her 91st year. Kitty Arbour, beloved wife of the late Ken Revoy and John Chriss. Dear mother of Betty Newberry and her husbandDavid, James Revoy and his wife Aline, Douglas Revoy and his wife Barbara, Edgar Revoy, and Susan Moreau and her husband Jim. Will be sadly missed by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Henrietta Burgess. Predeceased by Lebare,Louis, Edgard, Lloyd, Theodore, and Bernard Arbour. Resting at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 MidlandAvenue, Midland, on Thursday, 19 December, and Friday, 20 December, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at StMary's Church, Victoria Harbour, on Saturday, 21 December, at 11 am. Spring interment at St Mary's Cemetery.
