Please pass onto your father. (Mom) Frances Arbour, passed away last night in Meadow Park nursing home in Chatham. We were there visiting on Tuesday and the doctor said her body was shutting down, natural process for a 94 yr. old in her condition. Just heading to Chatham then Tecumseh to make arrangements for the funeral. We visited with Jean as well and she is progessing slowly. Ditched her walker and is driving again locally for short trips.
