On 04 Oct 1930, Louis and sister Dorothy returned home to Canada after an apparent visit with their Aunt Florence, 2227 Holcomb, Detroit, MI. The children were just 8 and 1 1/2 -- a little young to be making the trek to their home in Inglewood, ON.It was also thought that the family lived in Michigan during this time, not Ontario.

ARBOUR-COSE
A charmingly arranged autumn wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Cose, Sunnidale, when their daughter, Gertrude Madeline,became the bride of Louis Arthur Arbour, of Detroit, MI,son of Mr. andMrs. Arthur Arbour of Copac, MI. Rev. Robert Graham officiated and thewedding music was played by Miss Grace Taylor of Meaford. The bride wore a floor-length gown of white crepe, fashioned with a shirred bodice and long sleves. Her veil was hip length and fell from a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a bouquet of American Beauty roses. A reception followed the ceremony and afterwards the couple left on their wedding trip, the bride travelling in a red crepe dress with beige coat and red accessories.They will reside inCopac, MI. Guests from a distance whoattended were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Petz and Mrs. Arthur Arbour of Copac,MI; Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Cose, Dunbarton; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Cose, Markham; and Mrs. Edgar Taylor, Meaford. The bridegroom is a grandson ofMr.and Mrs. Lou Burkholder, Clearview.He had 2 Living Arbour
