    Dorothy J. Greear, 65, of Armstrong, formerly of Kankakee, died Thursday (02 June 2005) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. There will be novisitation. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Monday in KankakeeMemorial Gardens. Memorialsmay be made to the American Cancer Society or to an organization of the donor's choice. Renner-Wikoff Chapel, Urbana, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Greear was a housekeeper at Carle Clinic for 16 years. She was born 23 May 1940, in Kankakee, the daughter of Joseph Eugene and Dorothy Fern Patchett Arbour. She was a memberof the First Baptist Church in Kankakee and attended the Church of Christ in St Joseph. She enjoyed collecting savings banks. Surviving are one daughter andson-in-law, Mary and Danny Jenkins of Armstrong; four brothers, Joseph Eugene Arbour of Bourbonnais, Howard Allen Arbour of Buckingham, Charles Ray Arbour of Kankakee, Kenneth Duane Arbour of Fairview Heights; one granddaughter; and severalnieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, one sister, and two grandchildren.

    Armstrong -- Graveside services for Dorothy J. Greear, 65, of Armstrongwill be at 2 pm Monday at Kankakee Memorial Gardens, Kankakee. There will be no visitation. Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. PhiloRoad, U, is handling arrangements. Ms. Greear diedat 11:52 am Thursday (2 June 2005)at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born 23 May 1940, in Kankakee, a daughter of Joseph Eugene and Dorothy Fern Patchett Arbour. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jenkins of Armstrong; four brothers, Joseph Eugene Arbour of Bourbonnais, Howard Allen Arbour of Buckingham, Charles Ray Arbour of Kankakeeand Kenneth Duane Arbour of Fairview Heights; and a granddaughter.
