  DEATH OF FRANK ARBOUR
  An Employee of the Port Arthur Parks Commission fo 15 years, Frank Arbour, 77 Regent Street, Port Arthur, died in hospital early this morning,aged 64. Born in Perce, QC, Mr. Arbour came to Port Arthur in1921 and two years later joined the Parks' staff. He leaves five sons, Frank, Henry, Albert, and Raymond, at home, and Roland in Sudbury; two daughters, Alice at home and Germaine, Mrs. Ernest Roach, Intola; and one brother, Joseph in PortArthur. The funeral will be held Saturday morning, leaving thefuneral parlor, 299 Arthur Street, Port Arthur, at 8:45 o'clockfor requiem mass in St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in the family plot, St Andrew'sCemetery.

ARBOUR -- Frank Arbour, age 62, of Apt 2, 43 S Cumberland St, died Sunday, 24 February 1963, in hospital. Born in Gaspe, QC,he came to Port Arthur in 1923, and for the past 20 years had been employed by the Port Arthur Park's Board. He was a memberof St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, and Our Lady of The Blue Army. Surviving are his wife, Mary; three brothers: Albert,502 College St, Roland, 381 Hodder Ave, and Raymond, Toronto; three sisters: Mrs. Clara Ahern, Montreal, Mrs. Enrie Roach, Toronto, and Miss Alice Arbour, Cumberland Hall, Port Arthur; nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held at9:45 am Wednesday, from teh Everest Funeral Chapel, 299 Arthur St, to St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, for solemn requiem high mass at 10:00 am.Interment in St Andrew's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 8:00 in the Everest Chapel.

FUNERAL OF PTE. HENRY ARBOUR
Pte. Henry Arbour of the Royal Canadian Engineers, a resident of Port Arthur for 20 years until his enlistmentlast October, who died in Vancouver military hospital last Thursday, will be held in Port Arthur under military auspices Mondaymorning. Services will be held from Everest's Chapel to St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church for requiem mass at 9:15. Burial will be made in St Andrew's Cemetery.

ARBOUR -- Miss Alice Arbour, age 68 years, of Dawson Court, formerly ofCumberland Hall, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, 17 Feb 1975, at Dawson Court. Born at Perce, County Gaspe, Quebec, she came to Port Arthur in 1923 with her parents, the late Frank and Georgina Arbour. Survived by: three brothers, Albert, of 502 College St., Louis R., of 290 Dewe Ave., and Raymond of Toronto; one sister, Mrs. Clara Ahern of Boucherville, QC; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held onThursday, leaving the Everest Funeral Chapel at 10:10 am to Our Lady of Loretto Roman Catholic Churchfor Requiem Mass at10:30 am. Interment in St Andrew's Cemetery. Prayers will be offered Wednesday at 8 pm in the Everest Chapel.

ARBOUR -- Mr. Albert Joseph Arbour, age 78 years of 602 College Street,passed away in hospital on Saturday, 4 March 1989,after a brief illness. Born in Perce, QC, and came to Port Arthur in 1920. He was building foreman with Port Arthur Parks Boardwith whom he was employed from 1939 until his retirement in 1970. Subsequently, he was self-employed as acabinet makerat his residence until 1980. He was an avid fisherman andoutdoorsman. Member of St Margaret's RC Parish for many years. On 10 January 1989, he and his wife Violet celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. In addition to his wife, he is survived by: one sister, Mrs. Clara Ahern of QC; cousins, Dona Arbour, George Arbour, Fred Arbour, Regis Arbour, and Mrs. Louise Breiland, all of Thunder Bay; niece and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 8 March 1989, at St Margaret's RC Church, meeting at the Church of Funeral Mass at 10:30 am, celebrated by Rev. Msgr. R. A. Carey, PH. Interment in St Andrew's Cemetery. Prayers will be said Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm in the Everest Chapel. Visiting for friends will be from 5:00 pm Tuesday at the Chapel.

ARBOUR -- Mr. Louis Roland Arbour, of 26 Machin Ave, Dryden, formerly of 290 DeweyAve, Thunder Bay, died suddenly at his residence on Saturday, 3 March 1984. Born in Perce, QC, he moved with his parents to the Lakehead in 1922, and received his education in Thunder Bay. He served overseas during WWII. He was a journeyman pipefitter, working for various construction companies throughout the years, and for the past three years hadlived and worked in Dryden. He was a member of the Royal CanadianLegion Branch 5, and Union Local 628 Plumbers and Pipefitters. Survived by his wife Ruth of Dryden; four daughters and sons-in-law: Marge Schmidt of Thunder Bay, Carolyn O'Neill of Thunder Bay, Lorraine Paquette of Vancouver (en route), Debra Spooner of Flin Flon (en route); seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two stepdaughters and four stepsons; brother Albert Arbour, of 502 College St, Thunder Bay; sister Clara Ahern of St Romuald, QC; nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased byfather Frank, mother Georgina Arbour, brothers Henry, Frank, and Raymond, and sisters Alice and Germain. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 7 March 1984, leaving the Everest Funeral Chapel at 9:10 am to St Andrew's Roman Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am, celebrated by Father F. Devine, SJ. Cremation to follow, services complete in the church. Prayers will be offered on Tuesday at 7:30 pm in the EverestChapel. There will be a Legion service under the auspices of the RoyalCanadian Legion Branch 5 on Tuesday at 8 pm in the Everest Chapel. In lieu offlowers, friends may donate to the charity of their choice.
