[James Alfred Godfrey had heart attack while swimming] . . . His cries were heard by two Coastguardsmen, Marvin J. Morales, fireman third class, and Lawrence J. Arbour, seaman second class, who rushed to his assistance. By the time they reached Godfrey, he had been carried into deeper water by the undertow, the Coast Guard's report said. When they carried him out, he was still alive, they said, but collapsed on the beach. They administered artificial respiration until a physician, Lieut. MaxKoch, US Coast Guard, arrived and pronounced Mr. Godfrey dead at 3:45 pm. He is believed to have died from a heart attack. Fireman Morales and Seaman Arbour are stationed at the Breeze Hotel, about 15 miles west ofPanama City.He had 2 Living Arbour
