Obituary
Kenneth C. Arbour died April 8, 2006 at the age of 73. He lived in Vancouver, WA all of his life. He is survived by long-time companion Joy Carlson and cat Memos; two children, Kimberlee Wilson and husband James, and Kevin Arbour and Lazette; two sisters, Shirley Knight and Eileen O'Neil; three grandchildren, Kristie Gange, Kathy Wilson and David Wilson with wife Barbara; two great-grandchildren, Donald Gange and Benjamin Gange. A memorial service will be held on Sat. April 22, 2006 at 11a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 13th and Franklin, Vancouver WA.
