HOLMES WED TO EVERETT ARBOUR -- Special to the New York Times Hartford, 10 June -- Mrs. Marie Heller Holmes of Longmeadow, MA, widow of Frank R. Holmes, was married here this afternoon to Everett J.Arbour, a widower and Executive Vice President of Associated Transport of Hartford and New York. The Rev. Ward Smith, an Episcopal priest, and the Rev. Dennis Ferrigano performed the ceremony in St Joseph's Roman Catholic Cathedral. Mrs. William Shaw, daughter of the bridegroom, and Richard Holmes, son of the bride and Assistant Headmaster of the Brooks School in Andover, MA, attended the couple. Hartford Courant (CT) -- 23 Sep 1997 EVERETT ARBOUR, 96; LIVED IN NEW BRITAIN Everett J. Arbour of Delray Beach, FL, died Sunday in Florida. He was 96. He lived in New Britain for many years before moving to West Hartford and then to Florida 20 years ago. Mr. Arbour, the widowerof both Helen Dery Arbour and Marie Holmes Arbour, was president and chief executive of Associated Transport for many years, and was a former member of StPeter Church in New Britain. He is survived by two daughters, Frances Shaw of Beacon, NY, and JoEllen A. Jensen of Glastonbury; a stepson,Richard Holmes of South Africa; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass will be said Thursday at 11 am at St Peter Church, 98 Franklin Square, New Britain. Burial will be in St Mary Cemetery.
