IRENE M. HARBOUR -- Cumberland, RI
IRENE M. HARBOUR, 80, of Bear Hill Village, Bear Hill Road, a retired secretary, died Wednesday at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. Born in Central Falls on 10 Aug 1921, a daughter of the late William Joseph and Alma (Beauregard) Sicard, she had lived in Cumberland since 1999, and had lived at Kennedy Manor, Pawtucket, for five years, where she was past president of the Kennedy Manor Association. She had also lived in Francis Avenue in Pawtucket for more than20 years. Mrs. Harbourwas a secretary for Amica Insurance for eight years before she retiredin 1980. She leaves a son, Roland F. Harbour Sr. ofPawtucket; two brothers, Roland J. Sicard of Sylmar, CA, and Henry J. Sicard of Pawtucket;and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Leo Sicard. Funeral services will be private.
