    Phillip Lawrence Arbour,82, of Mayflower,died 9 October 2003 in Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born in Pittston, ME, on 7 May 1921. Hewas preceded in death by his wife Venetta Arbour. Mr. Arbour was a WWII Veteran, serving in Japanwith the US Army 82nd ChemicalBattalion. He was a former Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Mayflower Post,and a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans. Hespent his career as a professional photographer, owning studios in Little Rock, North LittleRock, and Memphis. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Harry and Cheryl Vines of Sherwood; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Gerald Alles of Greeley, Colorado; and grandchildrenHolly Vines and Phillip Vines both ofLittle Rock. Graveside services will be Tuesday, 14 October 2003, at 11:00 am at the Little Rock National Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Collins officiating.
