    ARBOUR -- Mr. Frederick Arbour, age 30 years, of 116 Caroline Street, passed away on Tuesday, 22 January 1980, in hospital after a short illness. A lifetimeresident of Thunder Bay, he had been employed for CP Transport for a number of years and most recently was with Checker Taxi. Survived by 1 daughter Velda, his parents Wilfred and Cecile Arbour, of 832 Newport Avenue, 2 brothers, Leonard and Norman, 3 sisters, Carol, Mrs. C. O'Hare of 1216 W. Gore Street, Katherine, Mrs. G. Poirier of 358Hodder Avenue, Diana McQuaker of 955 Hudson Avenue, 1 niece, 2 nephews,numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday leaving the Everest Funeral Chapel at 9:40 am to St Margaret'sRoman Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Interment in St Andrew's Cemetery. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday at 7:30 pm in theEverest Chapel. Flowers respectfully declined.

    MONTEY
    Carol Anne Montey, age 57 years, passed away peacefully at TBRHSC on Friday, 2 November 2007, with herfamily at her side. Carol lived in Terrace Bay, with her loving, supportive husband Brian. Carol retired from nursing and enjoyed family, friends,and travelduring the last few years. Carol enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren in Terrace Bay andThunder Bay. Carol will be sadly missed by her husband Brian; children: Michelle (Mike) Anderson, Ryan(Jaimie) O'Hare and Diana (Jim) Charlton; grandchildren, who she adored: Steven, Neil, Tia, Payton, Abby, and Will. Also survived by her mother Cecile Arbour; sisters: Kathy (Gaston) Poirier and Diane Arbour (Dave); brother Norman Arbour; numerous nieces and nephew. Carol was predeceasedby her father Wilfred Arbour; brothers Rick and Leonard Arbour and nephew Jason McQuaker. We would like toexpress our sincere thanks to the wonderful Dr. Ahmed and the nursing staff at the TBRHSC, Intensive Care Unit. Funeral services will be heldat 2:00 pm on Monday, 5 November 2007, at the Westfort Chapel, 420 West Gore Street at James with Fr. James Panikulam officiating. If friendsso desire memorial donations made to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

    Born in Port Arthur, 10 April 1959, died after a lengthy illness 24 February 2001. As per his wishes a quiet service will be held at St Andrew's Cemetery. He was predeceased by all of his grandparents, his loving father Wilfred (29 May 1991), brother Frederick (22 January 1980), his nephew Jayson (11 June 1988). Survived by his loving mother Cecile (Croteau), sisters Carol (Charles O'Hara), Kathy (Gaston Poirier), Diana (Dave Rawn), brother Norman (Katherina Savinainen), also nieces and nephews. Service at gravesite Friday, 27 April, at 11:00 am.
