    The office manager of Arrow Security Corp. in Springfield was killed and his 44-year-old daughter seriously injured when their car was hit by a stolen car driven by a 14-year-old boy at Dwight and Carew Streets around 6 p m yesterday. Police identified the victim as Raymond Arbour, 62, of 367 Broadway, Chicopee, a passenger in the car. Police said the driver was his daughter, Kathleen Godbout, 44, of 185 New Ludlow Road, Chicopee. She was listed in serious conditiontoday at Baystate Medical Center suffering from broken ribs and internal injuries, a nursing supervisor said. Police said the youth was arrested at 2:26 am and charged with vehicular homicide and driving to endanger, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and driving without a license. Traffic BureauCapt. Francisco M. Basile said the accused youth, who lives at 264 Franklin St., went through a red light and struck the Godbout car "broadside." Basile said he later surrendered himself to police, coming into the station with his mother. Arbour's death was the seventh highway fatality of the yearin Springfield. The youth was to be arraigned today in Juvenile District Court. Because of his age, his name was not released. Police said the Godbout car was traveling west on Carew Street when it was struck by the southbound car on Dwight Street. Springfield firefighters responded to the emergency and assisted in removing the victim andGodbout. An autopsy was to be conducted later today at the office of Hampden County Medical Examiner Dr. Loren Mednick to determine the exactcause of death. Jerome Wilder, a spokesman for the medical examiner, said Arbour died at Baystate of multiple injuries. John D. DeBarge, Arrow's security manager, said Arbour had been an auxiliary police officer for the city of Chicopee for many years. Arbour had been working for Arrow for the last four years. His daughter, Kathleen, was also employed by the firm, as second shift operator, DeBarge said.

    Raymond A. Arbour, 62, of 367 Broadway, died Monday in Baystate MedicalCenter, Springfield, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was employed as director of security for the Arrow Security Co. in Springfield. He had previously been the director of the Chicopee divisionof the Red Cross and had worked in the finance department of the former Third National Bank in Springfield. A lifelong resident of Chicopee, he served in the Chicopee Auxiliary Police and had been an assistant director of security at the Eastern StatesExposition in West Springfield for 25 years. He leaves his wife, Cecilia M. (Sullivan) Moore Arbour; two sons, James Moore and Richard Moore, both of Springfield; a daughter,Kathleen Godbout of Springfield, and eight grandchildren. The funeral willbe Friday morning at the Tylunas Funeral Home and in St George Church with burial in St Rose Cemetery, Aldenville. Calling hours are this afternoon and evening.     A 14-year-old boy turned himself in at the Springfield police station early yesterday, brought by his mother, and was charged with vehicularhomicide in connection with a two-car accident Monday night that killed aChicopee man, police said. Killed in the 6 pm accident Thursday at Dwight and Carew streets in Springfield was Raymond Arbour, 62, of 367 Broadway St., Chicopee. The boy, whose name was not available because of his age, was also charged with driving to endanger, leaving the scene ofa personal injury accident, and driving without a license, police said. He was arrested at approximately 2:30 am yesterday. The youth wasscheduled to be arraignedyesterday in Juvenile Court. The results of his arraignment were not available. The 14-year-old was driving a stolencar south on Dwight Street when he went through a red light and struck a westboundcar broadside on CarewStreet, police said. Arbour was a passengerin the car, police said. Arbour was riding in a car driven by his daughter, Kathleen Godbout, 44, of 185 New Ludlow Road, Chicopee, police said. Godbout was admitted for serious injuries at Baystate MedicalCenterand was released yesterday, a nursing supervisor said. Both Arbour andGodbout worked for Arrow Security Corp. Arbour was office manager for Arrow in Springfield.
