TORNESELLO DENIES CHARGE OF ASSAULT
Theodore Tornesello, 38, of 175 George St, Green Island, operator of Tornesello's Restaurant, Union St, Troy, pleaded innocent in two counts of assault 3rd degree in his arraignment in Troy Police Court today. Tornesello was arrested on the complaints of Doris and HarryArbour, husband and wife,who reside at 1813 7th Ave. The couple charged that Tornesello allegedly assaulted each of them in his place of business Monday at about 9:05 am. The wife alleges that she was struck about the back andbody and pushed into a chair by Tornesello, and the husband claims he was knocked to the floor and kicked in the head, face, and body by Tornesello. Tornesello was represented by John Mirch. James Straing appearedfor the complainants. Justice Joseph F. Daly granted Tornesello an adjournment until 17 May and released him in his attorney's custody.

ASSAULT CHARGES DISMISSED AGAINST RESTAURATEUR
Assault third degree charges against Theodore Tornesello, operator of Tornesello's Restaurant, Union Street, were dismissed in Troy Police Court today by Justice Joseph F. Daly when the complainants in the case failed to appear. Tornesello pleaded innocent in the charges which were lodged against him in Troy Police Court last 30 April bya Troy couple who alleges that they were assaulted by Tornesello in his restaurant. Doris and Harvey Arbour failed to appear in court this morning and the justice dismissed the action. There have been numerous adjournments in thecasesince the initial arraignment last April.

MAN FALLS IN STREET; TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
Harvey Arbour, 50, of1813 7th Ave, was taken to St Mary's Hospital early last night and treated for possible back injuries which, he claimed, he received when he slipped and fell on the south side of Broadway, near 7th Avenue. He was taken to the hospital by the Ambulance Service Corp, from Central Police Station, where he had gone for assistance. Patrolmen Richard Butler and David McClure of the radio patrol made the investigation.

Harvey T. Arbour, 51, a painter by trade, died last night at the Nightingale Nursing Home after a brief illness. A native of New Bedford, MA, he resided in Troy for 10 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Doris Kohler, and four daughters, Mrs.Richard Blinn and Miss Donna Jean Arbour, of Wethersfield, CT, Mrs. Charles Robinson of Elmwood, CT, and Mrs. Angelo J. DiMauro of CT. The funeral will be Saturday at 8:30 am from the William A. Toohey FuneralHome, 114th St and 2nd Ave, followed bya Requiem Mass at 9 am at St Peter's Church. Interment will be in St Peter's Cemetery.

The funeral of Hervey T. Arbour was Saturday from the WIlliam A. TooheyFuneral Home, 114th St and 2nd Ave, and from St Peter'sChurch, where arequiem High Mass was celebrated by Rev. Harry J. Flynn.Mrs. GenevieveB. Murphy was organist and sang the responses to the Mass. She sang "Miserere" at the processional, "Domine Jesu Christe" at the offertory, and "In Paradisum"atthe recessional. Bearers were Edward Pose, Ernest VanWert, Frederick O'Melia, and Charles Robinson. Father Flynn officiatedatthe grave inStPeter's Cemetery.

Evelyn (Arbour) DiMauro, 78, of Windsor Locks, died on 15 November 2012surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Angelo DiMauro Sr. who passed away 5 years ago and had been married for over 50 years. Evelyn was born in Hartford on 28 June 1934 daughter of the late Herve Arbour and Evelyn (Dungan) Arbour Jacques. Evelyn was an active communicantof St Mary's Church, Windsor Locks, and taught religious education formany years. Evelyn is survived by a son Angelo J. DiMauro, Jr. of WestSuffield, five daughters Angela Osbourne of NC, Barbara Hollick of Windsor, Patricia Babella of Windsor Locks, Catherine Yuodis of Suffield, Maryann Lemay of Vernon; 17 grand children; and 15 great-grandchildren;four brothers; Richard, Sr. of Goshen,Herve Jr. of Canton, Arthur of Ohio, Wayne Jacques of SC; and three sisters Jacqueline Katch of AL, Donna Natalie of EastWindsor, Carol Robinson of CT, and Mary Blinn of Vernon. Friends may call at the Heritage Funeral Home 1240 Mountain Road, WestSuffield, on Monday, 19 Nov from 9-10:30 am. The funeral service will follow from the Heritage Funeral Home with Mass of Christian Burialat St Mary's Church Windsor Locks at 11 am, burial will be at the convenience of the family. Nobody has "Fought the Good Fight" as gracefully as my Mother-In-Law Evelyn. She brought a smile to the face ofeveryone she met. She taught all of us the importance of forgiveness through her gentle kindness. I amprivileged to have been a part of her life and will never forget the lessons I have learned from her through the way she lived her life. Carole Ann (Arbour) Robinson (1941 - 2012)
Torrington -- Carole Ann Arbour Robinson, 71 years. of Torrington went home to eternal peace after a long illness, with her family by her side. She was the wife ofCharles in marriage 53 years and together 58 years. Carole first and foremost loved her husband and family.
She loved to cook, NASCAR, her Siamese cats, snow fall and, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas time. She had to many accomplishmentsto list. She was giving, kind and saw good in all things. She was the true definition of a lady. She lit up a room with her smile and beauty. She loved racing, through the family business, sponsoring and owning race cars.Her name adorned a many race cars as "Mrs. Robinson." She will foreverbe in each and everyone of us. She will be sorely missed by those who loved her. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Charles. Her Children, Travis Robinson and his significant other Nancy Healy,Chuck Robinson and his wife Mary. Her twin daughters Jo-Anne Robinson Giglio and her husband Ernie Giglio, Carole Ann Robinson II and her Siamese Fancy. Her grandchildren, Travis Robinson Jr., Charles Robinson Jr, Amanda Robinson and her significant other James Ross, Sierra Robinson, Jody Dlugokinski and her significant other Darren Duhaime, and Jade Dlugokinski.
