  The Plain Dealer (OH) -- 04 Aug 2013 Virginia Lee Phillips (nee Arbour), passed away peacefully 29 March 2013, in Belleair,FL, where she spent her winters. She was born in Sandusky and was married to the late Joseph Pschouff (Phillips) for more than 50 years. Ginny leaves behind a sonMark Phillips; daughters, Bonnie Miller Leitch (Bill) and Sara Paine (Randy) and will be greatly missed byher grandchildren Jonathan Miller (Katie), Christina Paine, and C.J. Paine and great grandchildren, Connor, Morgan, Aiden Miller and Alexis Lee Shea. In addition to her husband Joe, Ginny was predeceased by her great granddaughter Hope Miller. Ginny had anextensive career inthe travel business. She began as a flight attendantwith Capitol Airlines, opened and managed Bay Travel Center before opening and owning Fairview Travel Center. She was a charter member for more than 60 years of AmericanLegion Post 738 in FairviewPark. Ginny was a lovng wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. "Today is the day the Lord hath made, rejoice and be glad." Graveside services Saturday, 10 Aug, 11 am at SunsetMemorial Park.All are welcome. Friends are also invited to attend Memorial Lunch immediately following at the 100th Bomb Group Restaurant, 20920 Brookpark Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to the Suncoast Hospice, Clearwater, FL, Hospice of the Western Reserve, or American Legion Post 738.
