Why did they break apart?[1920Census] A few years later, Russ moved across country from Plaquemine, LA, to settle in Vancouver, WA. Russ and Edna had two children in Vancouver, where the couple was confirmed to have live at thetime of their deaths.[news]

RUSSELL E. ARBOUR -- Russell E. Arbour, a Vancouver resident for 46 years, died in Vancouver Saturday at the age of 67. The owner and operatorof Independent Auto Sales in Hazel Dell, Mr. Arbour was born 23 May 1909, in Plaquemine, LA. He resided at12201 Highway 99 at the time of his death. Mr. Arbour is survived by his widow, Edna, at home; a son, Wayne of Vancouver; a daughter, Mrs. Nelson (Kathleen) Cruthers of Vancouver; a brother, Warren of Vancouver; three sisters, Mrs. Fred (Annette)LeBouf of Vancouver, Mrs. Jay (Jessie) Froisy of Plaquemine, LA, and Mrs. Edward (Florrie) Rivet of Louisiana; and four grandchildren. Serviceswill be Tuesday at 3 pm at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Dorothy Northcutt officiating.Vault interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in chrage of arrangements.
