THOMPSON, JOSIE ARBOUR
Died 4:45 pm Thursday, 4 Aug 1988, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 88, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. Visitingat Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 9 pm Fridayand after 8 to 8:40 am Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church at 9 am Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Mike Moroney. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by two foster daughters, Mrs. Kinnery (Lorraine) Talbot and Mrs. Gordon (Jackie) Fisher, both of Baton Rouge; seven grandchildren, Mrs. Tommy (Karen) Murphy, Gordon E. Fisher Jr., Bill Fisher, Todd and Kevin Talbot, all of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Charles D. (Julie) Dardenne, Marshall, Texas, and Mrs. Roy (Lynn) Minckler, Houston,Texas; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Dudley M. Thompson; a foster son, Heude Arbour Jr.; four brothers, Jules E. Arbour Jr., Sidney V. Arbour Sr., Lawrence Arbour and Heude V. Arbour Sr.; and two sisters, MyrtieArbour and Mrs. John (Marie) LaBauve. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Altar Society, Catholic Daughters of Americas and Court Marie Louise.She had 2 children
