  Henrietta married Henry Machen in 1861. Henry was a Steel WorksManager and they lived comfortably. By 1881, with two teenage childrenand a live-in servant, they were established in a large house inBrightside.In 1888 Henry died, and in the 1891 Census, with her two childrenmarried, she was a joint Lodging House Keeper with her widowed sisterPhilandria. They had three lodgers, one of whom was her brotherThomas.She died in 1892.
