We will be celebrating on 28 February 2009. We hope everyone can make it for the party... it'll be memorable... Grandma will be in her glory, all her kids, grand kids, & great grand kids... I doubt she'll bein any condition to travel up North this summer for the family reunion, so this may the only family get-together we will have with her. We'd like everyone tobe there on February 28th. We've made it a Luau-tropical theme to help everyone get over those winter blahs. It will be full of family & friends, entertainment, music, food, drinks, lots of food, bright, & colourful... who can resist?... AndI know how the family loves to party... so let's party! Aloha! ___ Sudbury Star (ON) -- Friday 19 Jun 2009 ARBOUR, Jeanne -- With her family by her side at the Port Colborne General Hospital on Wednesday, 17 June 2009, in her 91st her. Beloved wife of the late Martial (1990). Loving and devoted mother of Germaine Beauparlant, Florence Tremblay, Armand (Liette), Simone Vegh (Larry), Leonard, Maurice (Abby), Michel (Karen), Francoise Wood (Al), Christine George (Andrew), and Yvon (Helene). She will be missed by her 39 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and son-in-lawAndre Tremblay. She is survived by her sister Marie Janzen. She is predeceased by her daughter Henriette and son Fernand. Jeanne was a memberof the Dame Chretienne, the choir at Immaculee Conception and Club LaSalle. Mrs. Arbour is at the Niagara St Chapel of Butler Funeral Home, 424 Niagara St. (south of Scott) where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Vigil prayers willbe celebrated at the funeral home on Sundayat 8 pm. The Funeral Masswill be celebrated at Eglise Immaculee Conception, 99 Garnet St. on Monday, 22 June 2009, at 10:00 am. Rite of Committal will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to theHeart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
