Notes At the time of her marriage to Arthur PARIS, Delima mistakenly reported that she had never been married before. hmm At the same time, Fred seems to have still been alive, as he did not die until 1916.Was she guilty of polygamy?
___
In 1940, Delima and family appear to have earned no income. How did they survive? Also, who is the daughter Mariette, born about 7 years afterher father's death? Or is Mariette really her granddaughter?
