ARBOUR SR., DAVID ROWLAND
Died Wednesday, 8 June 1994, at 11:45 pm at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 62 and a native of Baton Rouge. He was a former employee of Jacks Cookies and Leavesley/McCullom and former owner of Mercury Supply Company and US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Visiting was held at Welsh Funeral Home, 6700 Florida Blvd., 5 to 9 pm Friday. Visiting atfuneral home 9 am until religious services at 2 pm Saturday, conductedby the Dr. Wayne Bryan. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by wife, Betty Prewitt Arbour, Baton Rouge; a daughter and son-in-law, Vicki Lynn and Bob Twiss, Colebrook, NH; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David Jr.and Terri Arbour and Scott Arbour, all of Baton Rouge; three sisters, Laura L. Messmer, Baton Rouge, JoAnn Watts, Gonzales andWanda Stark, Independence, MO; a brother, Charles E. Arbour, St. Bernard; six grandchildren, Steven Evans, Canaan and Jeremy Twiss, Colin, Tristan, and Tiffany Arbour. Preceded in deathby parents, Allainand EthelArbour; two brothers, A. J. and Kenneth Arbour. He was a member of theBaptist faith. Memorial donations may be made to Louisiana Baptist Childrens Home, PO Box 4196, Monroe, 71211-9986.
