His father was reported as his next of kin. ___ The Advocate (Baton Rouge, LA) -- 04 Apr 1993 ARBOUR, DHUE ROLAND Died 2:30 am Friday, 2 April 1993, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 69, a native and a resident of Baton Rouge. He was a US Army veteran. Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, DenhamSprings, 5 to 9 pm Sunday, and 8 am to religious services at 10 am Monday, conducted by the Rev. Tommy Middleton. Burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Jeanne and Johnny Kinchen, Watson, and Betty Meadows, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Evelyn May, Stevensville, and Sybil Osterberger, Baton Rouge; a half-sister, Nancy Arbour, Texas; a brother, Glenn Joseph Arbour, Texas; a half-brother, James Arbour, Florida; five grandchildren, Keith, Amy, and Wendy Kinchen, Russell Garcie and Mollisha Meadows; and agreat-grandchild, Brooks Kinchen. Preceded in death by wife, Edith Hayes Arbour; and parents, Harry Joseph and Sadie Marie Hebert Arbour.
