  On 14 May 1943, Willard came to the US via the port of Buffalo, NY. He was reported as being 5'8" tall and having a dark complexion, black hair, and grey eyes. He may have been born on 10 Apr 1915 --this handwritten date is hard to read. ___ Toronto Star (ON) -- 7 Dec 1998 ARBOUR, Willard -- On Thursday, 3 December 1998, at the age of 83. Father of Cathy, Pat, John, Jimmy (Kevin), and Debbie. Predeceased by sisters Marietta, Jean, Laura, and brother Edward. Lovingly remembered by sisters Alice, Leah, and brothers Gilbert, Donald, and Jack. Visitation at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Monday7 December at 11:30 am. Funeral service in the Chapel at 1 pm. Cremation. If desired, donations to the Alzheimers Society wouldbe appreciated.
